Tasting Notes : A complex, textural Methode Traditionnelle with a creamy texture supported by fresh acidity and a fine bead. The palate finishes long and dry. On the nose, the wine displays gentle citrus and floral notes with complex aromas of nut, fresh bread, and warm pastry. While beautiful drinking now, this wine should reward cellaring for at least ten years from vintage date.
